All patients must wear a mask before entering the building.
During this time of social distancing and Family Medicine East’s desire to keep both our patients and staff healthy we are implementing some changes. The changes will affect the way we check in and room our patients. Although, we will room patients as quickly as possible as they check in there may be times when all of our exam rooms are occupied and you will be asked to wait in your car. Our lobby will not be used for waiting during this time. Individuals accompanying you to your appointment will need to go with you to the exam room or wait in the car.
When you arrive for your appointment we ask that you call one of the numbers listed on the signs to check in prior to entering the building. Once the receptionist has verified your demographic information, she will instruct you to wait in the car until the nurse calls you. Your providers nurse will call you when she has a room available and will instruct you to come into the building where she will meet you at the door. You may experience longer wait times with these new procedures but please be patient with us as we navigate these changing times.
New Patients to our clinic will need to print off the New Patient paperwork found on this website and complete it prior to coming for your appointment. This will help speed up your check in process.
We would like to keep walk-in traffic at a minimum so please call us first before coming to the office.
As always if you have questions do not hesitate to call us at 316-682-7411
